The Sutton claims team provides service in English, French and Spanish and is trained to handle claims from around the globe, including medical, accident & health and property & casualty.

For fast and easy medical claims processing, we recommend submitting your claim through the Sutton app. To submit your claim form, please fax, email or mail your claim form to Sutton Claims. Claims forms are available online here.
Submitting Claims on the Sutton Portal
The Sutton portal offers an efficient way to submit claim expenses anytime, from anywhere in the world. Portal users also have quick access to travel & medical assistance, product information and important contact information. Submitting a claim is fast and easy - just answer a few questions, take a picture of your receipts and submit it on the portal for our claims department to review.
